Friday Finds Netflix Edition

Obviously none of us are new to the heaven that is Netflix but I consider myself an expert binge watcher (pictured above are my Netflix watching necessities) and in my marathoning days I have gathered some knowledge about which shows to watch when that I would like to share with you.

When You're Feeling Nostalgic

When you want to feel like a child again, when you want to relish in the calm of simpler days, maybe days when "There's a heart, a hand to hold onto, Everywhere you look, Everywhere you go" start the Full House marathon.  So much cheese you just might not be able to handle it, but after a couple of episodes (or seasons) you will have had your nostalgia fix and if all else fails the theme song that will be stuck in your head for days can surely bring a smile to your face. And better yet?  Fuller house! For when you want to experience the perfect combination between nostalgia and new, familiarity with the delight of a fresh experience.

When You Want to Feel Like a Bad Ass (At Least Vicariously)

Scandal. Scandal, a million times Scandal.  The only regret I have about watching this show is that it took me so long to start.  But now that I have I am a lifelong fan.  I have a coat that I call my Olivia Pope coat and I pick out furniture in her apartment that I long to have in my own home.  Which by the way is Shondaland, yes Shondaland is my home and I hope I won't ever have to move.

When You Want to Feel OK for Not Having Every Part of Your Life Together

Oh the Gilmore Girls.  Those two have multiple problems, from the hilarious to the tragic, in every episode and I don't know about you but nothing makes me feel better about not having my life totally together than watching two women who are always on the verge of chaos learn that it always seems to work out.  And bonus to binge watching this show?  The promise of a Netflix original reboot gracing our screens.

Now these are just some of my favourites and I have binge watched many others, and I'm sure there will be more to add to the list as time moves forward and my Netflix obsession grows.

What are your favourite shows?  Any you wish Netflix would add?  Share in the comments below!
